Scallop Jute with Hunter Border

Woven entirely from natural jute, these rugs bring an easy, organic texture to any room. Each piece is hand-braided by artisans in India and finished with subtle variations in color, pattern, and weave - no two are ever the same. Dyed with natural vegetable pigments and built for everyday durability, they’re as practical as they are beautiful. A rug pad is highly recommended to keep your jute rug in place and add a layer of comfort underfoot.

Each of our rugs is handmade in India from natural materials, using techniques passed down through generations. Because they are crafted by hand, every rug has slight inconsistencies or unique details that make it one of a kind. Sizes may vary by 1–3 inches in either direction, and colors may shift by 5–15% from what you see online. Motifs, borders, and patterns also scale with size, so the final piece may differ slightly from photos. These natural variations are part of authentic craftsmanship. All of our rugs are produced responsibly with no child labor, supporting the artisans who create them. To extend the life of your rug, we recommend using a felt rug pad.

Handwoven from natural jute fibers, each rug is professionally finished and arrives ready for use with no additional preparation needed. For care at home, vacuum regularly with a non-beater brush attachment. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid excessive moisture, as water can weaken the fibers and cause staining. Rotate the rug occasionally to ensure even wear.
