Shipping policy

At Milagro Collective, shipping timelines vary depending on the type and size of rug you order. In stock rugs ship within 1–3 business days. Quick Ship rugs ship within approximately 75–90 days. Made to Order hand-knotted rugs in our standard sizes ship within approximately 90–120 days. Custom dimensions and runner sizes ship within approximately 120–150 days, and rugs over 280 sq. ft. ship within approximately 150–180 days. Jute and hide rugs ship within approximately 8–12 weeks. All in-stock rugs ship free. Made-to-order rugs up to and including 180 sq. ft. qualify for free shipping, while made-to-order rugs over 180 sq. ft. require freight shipping. These timelines reflect production time before shipment, and transit time is additional.

Because each rug is made entirely by hand, slight variations in timing are normal. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, simply check your customer account or order status page where your current timeline is always available.
