Shipping policy

At Milagro Collective, shipping timelines vary depending on the type of rug you order. In stock rugs ship the same day or next business day. Made to order hand knotted rugs take approximately 90 to 120 days to complete, with custom sizes, runner sizes, and embossed designs requiring an additional 3 to 4 weeks. Abaca rugs take 17 to 19 weeks, while jute and hide rugs are typically ready within 8 to 12 weeks. These timeframes reflect production only, and shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Because each rug is made entirely by hand, slight variations in timing are normal. If you’re ever unsure, simply check the product page, where a clear timeline for each rug is outlined. We do not provide updates outside of what is available in your customer account or on the order status page, and you can always check those links for the most accurate information on your order.
